This is important because it provides a much more specific picture of how generation, battery storage and construction areas may be positioned relative to nearby residential properties. However, the image is explicitly preliminary, and unless its original creator and presentation context are documented, it should not be described as a final Black Hills Energy site plan. If its provenance can be confirmed, this could become one of the most important site-specific visuals in the document library.
