HOA Correspondence on Horse Creek Project and Member Communications

This July 2026 exchange documents a resident request for the HOA to discuss the Horse Creek proposal and consider regulatory participation. HOA management responded that the board had asked that project-related blast emails not be sent because it believed the projects did not directly affect the HOA, while management separately stated that the projects could significantly affect the subdivision and supported sharing information.

This correspondence documents the HOA board's position at that point in time and helps explain why residents began organizing and sharing project information independently. The August 10 PSC deadline discussed in the thread has since passed.
