HorseCreekProject.org is currently only two Rocking Star Ranch residents who are trying to understand what is being planned in our direct line of sight.

We are not lawyers, engineers, scientists, activists, or professional organizers.

We are learning as we go.

Our HOA has chosen not to take this issue on, so we are doing what we can do by ourselves.

Two neighbors cannot research, organize, fund, and respond to a project of this scale alone.
