Preliminary Horse Creek Power Plant Viewshed Analysis

This map models potential visibility from the proposed generation site using hypothetical structure heights of 25, 50, 100 and 200 feet across the surrounding Horse Creek area.

The map suggests that taller structures could be visible from residential areas, but the result is not based on a final Black Hills site plan. Actual building and stack heights will be necessary for a reliable viewshed analysis.
