Rocking Star Ranch Association By-Laws

These bylaws establish how the Association and Board operate, including meetings, officers, voting, contractors, contracts, budgets and assessments. They also allow special board meetings and permit the board to engage independent contractors.

The bylaws provide mechanisms for the board to meet, act and retain assistance, but they do not by themselves establish authority or an obligation to challenge an off-site power project.
